:: Release Date Calculation — Instructions

Select the appropriate offense by entering a description of the offense or the CDR code of the offense. This will bring up a list of possible offenses and just click on the one that you want. The CDR code is a unique four digit code assigned to the offense when the General Assembly designates it as a criminal offense.

Enter the data as required and hit the calculate button to generate the release calculation.

You can click on any of the three calculate buttons and the calculate button will calculate all offenses and not just the one you clicked on. Once the calculation is completed it will show you a summary of the earliest possible parole date and the earliest possible release date for all three offenses.

If you want to see the details for the any of the individual offenses click on the [+] beside Details on that offense. This will show the details and the individual parole and release dates for that offense.
